摘要:

本研究是对员工-客户关系解释的叙事分析。它的重点是在香港的外展社会服务的工人和客户,目的是找出他们讲述的关于工人-客户关系的重要性的故事中根深蒂固的含义。对7对工人-客户受访者进行了访谈。被调查者对这一关系的解释包括目的、出发点、进展以及重要的结果。根据他们的叙述,确定了四个主要的解释工作-客户关系的主题。他们是经验丰富的师徒关系、伪血缘关系、服务提供者和顾客以及天赐关系。在他们的解释中,每一对工人和客户之间都有差异和相似之处。这些发现对未来的服务和研究都有意义
