摘要：: 当前，河南农业农村发展正处于转折转型的关键阶段，既处于加快发展的机遇期，又处于深刻变革的转型期。从2012年至2016年，河南农业农村发展态势良好，主要农产品产量稳定增长，农民收入持续高增长，农地流转加速，新型农业经营主体发展加快。2017年，尽管各种传统和非传统挑战叠加凸显，但有利条件也在逐步累积，在农业供给侧结构性改革推动下，主要农产品产量将稳定增长，农产品供给将加速从数量增长向质量提升转变，农业业态创新和城乡发展一体化将进一步加快。
