摘要：: 农村进城务工者，特别是其中相当大部分的妇女由于技能、户口或社会性别等原因很难在向城市流动过程中获得正规就业的机会，而大量进入非正规就业领域，非正规就业问题正是在这个背景下开始出现的，其是非正规就业中的女性进城务工者面临的经济、社会、法律、政策问题也在这个过程中日趋突显。
